Delivery:
Worldwide Shipping
Shipping will be calculated and charged separate after your purchase. We will ask you to transfer before postage either by bank transfer, paypal or revolut.
Shipping methods
We use Various Shipping methods and Couriers depending on Products and Product location and also postage locations this is to ensure we offer the best possible service for the products that you require for a safe and reliable transit. Always look on each products shipping details for information regarding delivery on that item.
Delivery time
Please be aware, this may vary depending on the service you have selected. Please allow additional time during peak periods such as holidays and other conditions which may affect normal business. We will do our best to accommodate the best fastest times possible but please always allow a few extra days than stated as delays do occur with many couriers.
Delays & Lost items
We will always acquire a receipt from your order when posted. Please be aware that we are not responsible once the item/s have left depot for postage via courier. Please be advised that we need to allow a period of 30 days from posting before pursuing. If for any reason your item/s do not arrive in the allocated time given then please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange to resend or refund you.
Multiple orders
We can offer wholesale of all our items, which means you can choose your colour and size and request any personalisation for gifts. Please get in touch with any questions
Returns:
Firstly, thank you for purchasing a piece of art or art gift from my shop, I am so sorry to hear that it has not arrived how you expected. 🙁
If any item has arrived and you would like to return it, please send the item back to us within 15 days from the date your order arrived.
To return your order contact me at jordanne@madetomeasureart.com for details and we will respond to your email within 24 to 48 hours.
Any costs incurred from shipping back your item, will be incurred by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, also must be in it’s original packaging. If we feel any of the items have wear and tear we will send you back your order.
If items arrive defective or damaged during transit we will be more than happy to send you a replacement piece.
Returns Process:
Once we have received your item, and it has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a replacement or refund will be issued.
